為謀求具有國(guó)際先進(jìn)水平的驛站規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)方案，海南省自然資源和規(guī)劃廳組織開(kāi)展三個(gè)公開(kāi)競(jìng)賽驛站的「海南2023年環(huán)島旅游公路重點(diǎn)驛站規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)國(guó)際競(jìng)賽」。2023年8月14日，正式進(jìn)入競(jìng)賽第二階段的15家中國(guó)、美國(guó)、中國(guó)香港入圍團(tuán)隊(duì)齊聚海南，一同參與方案設(shè)計(jì)正式編制階段的實(shí)地踏勘與競(jìng)賽答疑環(huán)節(jié)，以此進(jìn)一步深化概念提案，打造環(huán)島公路上極具IP稟賦的地標(biāo)式旅游綜合體。
The Department of Natural Resources and Planning of Hainan Province organized the “2023 Hainan Island Scenic Route Key Stations Planning and Design International Competition” for three competition stations in order to seek for planning and designing schemes for stations with international advanced level. On August 14, 2023, the 15 finalist teams from China, the U.S., and Hong Kong gathered in Hainan for the second phase of the competition to take part in the formal scheme proposal and competition review phase of the site survey and the Q&A session of the competition, to further deepen the conceptual proposal and to create a landmark tourism complex with strong IP endowment.
2023年8月14日，十五家入圍團(tuán)隊(duì)分別于文昌市「木蘭波光」驛站、儋州市「銀灘泛歌」驛站以及三亞市「海棠花語(yǔ)」驛站點(diǎn)位集合。在競(jìng)賽主辦方、文昌資規(guī)部門(mén)、儋州資規(guī)部門(mén)、三亞資規(guī)部門(mén)以及協(xié)辦單位代表的引導(dǎo)下實(shí)地考察了場(chǎng)地的自然生態(tài)、人文特色、區(qū)域功能以及交通等方面信息。
On August 14, 2023, the fifteen shortlisted teams gathered at the "Mu Lan Bo Guang" station in Wenchang, the "Yin Tan Fan Ge" station in Danzhou, and the "Hai Tang Hua Yu" station in Sanya. Under the guidance of the competition organizers, Natural Resources and Planning Bureau of Wenchang, Danzhou, and Sanya and competition co-organizers, the teams visited the sites in terms of their natural ecology, humanistic features, regional functions, and transportation, and further improved their understanding of the sites.
他們以探險(xiǎn)者的心態(tài)，穿越自然與城市的邊界，體驗(yàn)不同景觀所帶來(lái)的情感與共鳴，與這座島嶼建立了更深的連接。并且通過(guò)踏勘，進(jìn)一步明晰了在建設(shè)現(xiàn)代化驛站的發(fā)展背景中海南如何為這座島嶼賦予新的內(nèi)容。
With the mindset of explorers, they crossed the boundary between nature and the city, experienced the emotions and resonance brought by different landscapes, and established a deeper connection with this island. And through the exploration, they further clarified how Hainan can give new content to the island in the development context of building a modern stage station.

2023年8月15日，競(jìng)賽答疑座談會(huì)于海南省規(guī)劃展覽館成功召開(kāi)。海南省自然資源和規(guī)劃廳總規(guī)劃師王俊剛先生、專(zhuān)項(xiàng)規(guī)劃處副處長(zhǎng)金洋女士，省規(guī)劃館副館長(zhǎng)向鑫先生分別對(duì)驛站設(shè)計(jì)競(jìng)賽第二階段工作提出建議和要求。
On August 15, 2023, the Q&A session of the Competition was successfully held in Hainan Provincial Planning Exhibition Hall. Mr. Wang Jungang, Chief Planner of the Hainan Provincial Department of Natural Resources and Planning, Ms. Jin Yang, Deputy Director of the Special Planning Department, and Mr. Xiang Xin, Deputy Director of the Provincial Planning Exhibition Hall, put forward suggestions and requirements for the second phase of the competition.
在答疑環(huán)節(jié)中，省資規(guī)廳，文昌、儋州、三亞資規(guī)局對(duì)入圍團(tuán)隊(duì)提出疑問(wèn)做出詳細(xì)解答，設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)把實(shí)地踏勘與答疑座談相結(jié)合，從不同角度提出驛站設(shè)計(jì)思路，分享踏勘所感所悟，進(jìn)一步深化對(duì)于競(jìng)賽背景、愿景、要點(diǎn)的了解。
In the Q&A session, The Department of Natural Resources and Planning of Hainan Province, Wenchang, Danzhou, and Sanya gave detailed answers to the questions raised by the finalist teams. The teams combined the site survey with the Q&A seminar, raised questions from different perspectives, and also shared their thoughts and feelings during the survey. Whether it was the in-depth discussion of technical details or the creative thinking of the building, each session stimulated the sparks of thinking and allowed the participants to have a deeper understanding of the background, vision, and key points of the competition.

With the success of the site survey, the exploration of the Island Scenic Route has entered a new stage.
