01 預(yù)審會(huì)概況
Pre-qualification Overview
「海南2023年環(huán)島旅游公路重點(diǎn)驛站規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)國(guó)際競(jìng)賽」自2023年7月10日發(fā)布正式公告以來(lái)便受到了社會(huì)各界的廣泛關(guān)注和規(guī)劃師與設(shè)計(jì)師的踴躍報(bào)名，至8月5日?qǐng)?bào)名截止，競(jìng)賽組委會(huì)官網(wǎng)共收到了232次注冊(cè)報(bào)名。最終提交的概念提案及報(bào)名文件共計(jì)88份，其中木蘭波光驛站35份、銀灘泛歌驛站32份、海棠花語(yǔ)驛站21份。其中，參賽團(tuán)隊(duì)主要來(lái)自于中國(guó)、中國(guó)香港、美國(guó)、英國(guó)及法國(guó)等國(guó)家和地區(qū)。
The 「2023 Hainan Island Scenic Route Key Stations Planning and Design International Competition」has received wide attention from all sectors of the community and has attracted a large number of applications from planners and designers since it was officially announced on July 10, 2023, the official website of the organizing committee received a total of 232 registrations by the deadline of registration on August 5th. A total of 88 application documents and the conceptual design proposal finally submitted, of which 35 from “Mu Lan Bo Guang” Station, 32 from “Yin Tan Fan Ge” Station, and 21 from “Hai Tang Hua Yu” Station. Most of the participating teams are from China, Hong Kong, the United States, the United Kingdom, and France.
2023年8月7日，在�？谑心虾９C處的全程監(jiān)督下，「海南2023年環(huán)島旅游公路重點(diǎn)驛站規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)國(guó)際競(jìng)賽」第一階段預(yù)審評(píng)審會(huì)于海南省規(guī)劃展覽館正式召開(kāi)，海南省自然資源和規(guī)劃廳總規(guī)劃師王俊剛先生、專(zhuān)項(xiàng)規(guī)劃處副處長(zhǎng)向鑫先生出席并致辭。
On August 7, 2023, under the supervision of Haikou city Nanhai Notary Office, the first phase of the 「2023 Hainan Island Scenic Route Key Stations Planning and Design International Competition」 was formally held at the Hainan Provincial Planning Exhibition Hall, with Mr. Wang Jungang, Chief Planner of The Department of Natural Resources and Planning of Hainan Province, and Mr. Xiang Xin, Deputy Chief of Special Projects Department of The Department of Natural Resources, attending and delivering speeches.

預(yù)審評(píng)審開(kāi)始前，在協(xié)辦單位的引導(dǎo)下評(píng)委組對(duì)本次競(jìng)賽的項(xiàng)目背景、目標(biāo)、愿景及規(guī)則等方面信息進(jìn)行了全方位的了解。
Before the start of the evaluation, the review committee was guided by the co-organizers to get an all-round understanding of the information on the background, objectives, vision and rules of the project of the competition.
預(yù)審評(píng)審過(guò)程中，評(píng)委組遵循評(píng)審規(guī)則，充分審閱概念提案及報(bào)名文件，并進(jìn)行了多輪審慎投票和打分，唱票員、統(tǒng)分員對(duì)評(píng)委的投票和評(píng)分結(jié)果進(jìn)行如實(shí)記錄和仔細(xì)統(tǒng)計(jì)。最終經(jīng)過(guò)長(zhǎng)達(dá)6小時(shí)的審閱、討論及評(píng)選，15家入圍單位脫穎而出（每個(gè)驛站點(diǎn)位5家入圍單位）正式進(jìn)入競(jìng)賽方案正式編制階段。
During the evaluation process, the review committee followed the evaluation rules, fully reviewed the conceptual proposals and application documents, and conducted several rounds of prudent voting and scoring, while the vote-caller and score tallying officer recorded the voting and scoring results of the judging panel and counted them carefully. Finally, after 6 hours of reviewing, discussing and selecting, 15 finalists stood out (5 finalists for each station location) and officially entered the Formal scheme proposal phase of the competition.

「海南2023年環(huán)島旅游公路重點(diǎn)驛站規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)國(guó)際競(jìng)賽」第一階段正式結(jié)束，第二階段即將開(kāi)啟。踏勘答疑會(huì)將于2023年8月14日-15日在海口舉行，請(qǐng)各個(gè)入圍單位按時(shí)出席。
The first phase of the 「2023 Hainan Island Scenic Route Key Stations Planning and Design International Competition」 has officially ended, and the second phase will be opened soon. The Site visit and Q&A session will be held in Haikou on August 14-15, 2023, please attend on time.
